Kathryn Grossman Ramirez, MPA
Kathryn Grossman Ramirez is a based in Salinas public affairs and management consultant with more than 25 years of experience in government relations, public administration, nonprofit leadership, grant writing, and political campaign management.
Her work includes writing grant proposals, managing approximately $1.3 million in federally funded programs, securing a three year federal funding renewal, writing Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), drafting public sector contracts, coordinating regulatory programs, and supporting collaboration across public agencies and community organizations.
Kathryn Grossman Ramirez served on the California School Boards Association (CSBA) Board of Directors, contributing to statewide leadership, education policy, and school board governance. She holds a Master of Public Administration from Golden Gate University.
